Domestic orders are typically delivered within next business day.
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is dependent on the size and weight of each item as well as the destination the item will be posted to. All shipping costs are calculated at the checkout and are added on to the final purchase total. We also have an express option which is dependent on the above criteria.

On selected orders once delivery has been scheduled customers will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number where the progress of you delivery can be monitored here https://www.royalmail.com/business/track-your-item
All UK deliveries where no-one appears to be at the address will be returned to a Royal Mail depot where the parcel will be kept for a maximum of 5 days before it is returned to us here at LFF Boutique. A calling card will be left with information on how to collect from the delivery depot.
For all European, US and Worldwide deliveries where the recipient does not appear to be at the address, the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of the local carrier.
Although we endeavour to provide the best delivery arrangement possible for our customer we are unable to accept liability for delayed deliveries due to travel disruptions and force majeure.
LFF Boutique Limited can offer a refund or exchange on any item (excluding hosiery and pierced jewellery) that you are not completely happy with. We ask that goods be returned to us within 10 WORKING DAYS OF RECEIPT OF GOODS in a saleable condition with the completed return form enclosed. Please note that any items purchased at any of our markets stalls or trade events are non-returnable through our website.
You have 28 days from when your order parcel was signed for to post it back to us. The post office date stamp or franked date will be proof of your posting within the 28 days time policy.
Items must be returned at your own cost. We regret that LFF Boutique cannot refund postage costs (this includes both the initial and return postage costs). Upon our receipt of the returned goods we will process your refund via the original payment method.
PLEASE BE AWARE THAT IN THE INTEREST OF HYGIENE HOSIERY AND PIERCED JEWELLERY CANNOT BE RETURNED. THIS DOES NOT AFFECT YOUR STATUTORY RIGHTS.
If you wish to return an item for refund or exchange please be aware that ALL ITEMS MUST:
o have all original tags attached.
o be unworn.
o be returned in the same condition as they were received.
o be in a saleable condition.
Returns or Exchanges WILL NOT be accepted if:
o the original tags have been removed.
o the tags appear to have been re-attached by the customer.
o the item(s) appear to have been worn.
o have become impregnated with an odour.
o the item(s) are not in a saleable condition
As a precaution please DO NOT cut off tags before trying the item(s) on. We recommend not trying on items whilst wearing perfumes or heavily scented cosmetic products. We also recommend safe storage of items you wish to return to us keeping them well away from distinctive odours such as cigarette smoke. If an item is returned to us and upon inspection found to have an odour the item will deemed ‘non-saleable’ and will be re-delivered to the customer upon receipt of the postage costs.

Once you have completed your return form please ensure that you have included it in your return parcel along with your return item(s) then post to the correspondence address on the form.
IMPORTANT: When returning items to LFF Boutique Limited by post it is recommended that you use recorded mail as we cannot be held responsible for any returned orders that are lost in transit by your chosen mail service provider. By using a recorded mail service you will be able to claim any costs for lost items and will be reimbursed by your chosen mail service provider. You will need to check the policy of your chosen mail service provider for full details and it would be advisable that you retain your receipt of postage.
