Shipping Policy

LFF Boutique Limited uses the services provided the Royal Mail for all UK and worldwide deliveries of our products.  The price dependant on the item(s) ordered and will be displayed in the cart once the delivery country is selected.

If there are additional delivery requirements please contact us via email (lffboutique@live.com)  by 13.00 hours on the same day for orders placed before 12.00 hours, or 12.00 hours the following working day for orders placed after 12.00 hours in order for us to process your as planned.

 

On selected orders once delivery has been scheduled customers will receive an email containing the shipment tracking number where the progress of you delivery can be monitored here.

 

All UK deliveries where no-one appears to be at the address will be returned to a Royal Mail depot where the parcel will be kept for a maximum of 5 days before it is returned to us here at LFF Boutique.  A calling card will be left with information on how to collect from the delivery depot.

 

For all European, US and Worldwide deliveries where the recipient does not appear to be at the address, the order will be subject to the terms and conditions of the local carrier.

 

Although we endeavour to provide the best delivery arrangement possible for our customer we are unable to accept liability for delayed deliveries due to travel disruptions and force majeure.  Details of Royal Mails terms and conditions can be found here
